SHIPPING UPDATES!

Beginning January 4, 2023, all orders shipped within the United States will include a tracking number.  When your order has been processed, you will receive a notification that includes your tracking number. Once your order has been dropped off at the post office, any inquiries about the whereabouts of your order or claims must be made through USPS with the tracking number provided. TSxV is not responsible for orders lost in the mail, delivered to the incorrect address, or returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout (including both US and international orders). If an incorrect address was provided by mistake, please contact me within 24 hours using the contact form with the correct address. Please include your name, order number, and updated shipping address. 

All international orders that include stickers or mini prints (5x7) will be shipped standard economy (6-18 days) at a flat rate of $3.00. These orders do not include tracking.  Any other items will be shipped international package and shipping costs will be determined by the shipping carrier. 

Order processing times: Current order processing time is 5-7 business days. This does not apply to preorders, custom orders, or orders that include customization.  These will be processed within 10-12 business days. Shipping times begin after your order is processed.  You will receive an email once your order has been processed/fulfilled.
