Shipping policy

All items are handmade and made to order. My processing time is currently 7-10 business days, from the date your order was placed. This does not include shipping times.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification and tracking information if applicable. 

Tracking automatically is provided on orders over $50.  For sticker orders less than $50, tracking is available to purchase as an add-on.  All items are sent vis USPS First Class mail or Priority Mail if requested at checkout. 

Once your order has shipped and tracking information is provided, TSxV is not responsible for any loss or stolen packages, as it now becomes the responsibility of USPS, and all claims must be filed directly with them.  If an item is returned to TSxV for reasons outside of our control, for example, wrong address provided, returned by USPS, etc, any additional charges to ship the item back out are the responsibility of the buyer.
